当前，全球新冠病毒疫情持续蔓延，绍兴市上虞区、越城区也出现新冠肺炎确诊病例和无症状感染者。市委市政府正采取科学、严谨、快速、果断的防疫措施与病毒赛跑，全市人民主动配合、积极参与这场疫情阻击战、攻坚战。在绍兴外籍人士、港澳同胞是绍兴大家庭的成员，我们十分关心关注您和家人的健康。在此，我们向在绍兴的各位外籍人士、港澳同胞提出如下倡议：

As the COVID-19 virus has continued to spread globally, a number of newly confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been reported in Shangyu District and Yuecheng District of Shaoxing recently. Currently, we are taking swift, strict and decisive actions to curb the spread of the virus. All of our approaches are science-based, and we need every resident in our city to cooperate with us. Foreign nationals and compatriots of Hong Kong and Macao have always been important members of our community, and we have always cared about health and safety of you and your family. We now urge you to take the following actions:

一、积极配合疫情防控。目前，我市疫情防控相关的医疗救治、流调溯源、人员排查管控、核酸检测、重点场所管控及消杀等工作正在有序开展，如果有政府、社区工作人员、医务人员询问您的情况，请您支持他们的工作。一旦发现新冠肺炎确诊病例或无症状感染者，疾控部门将进行流行病学调查和必要的场地环境消毒，请予以积极配合。请您近期避免举办或参加非必要、不紧急的集体性聚集活动，适当延期或取消举办大型聚集活动；谨慎邀请非必要人员或健康状况不明人员进入居所，避免聚会聚餐，保持安全社交距离，最大限度减少疫情传播风险。

First, support our control and prevention policies.Our health care professionals are treating patients, tracing contacts, conducting nucleic acid tests, and disinfecting key areas within the city. If you are approached by government employees, community organizers, or health care workers, please support them by answering their questions. Our professionals also need to clean and disinfect the areas contaminated by the confirmed or asymptomatic patients based on epidemiological investigations. We urge you to cancel large-scale events and suspend non-essential group activities. Be cautious when you invite guests to your private residence.

二、自愿接种新冠疫苗。接种疫苗是加快建立全民免疫屏障、降低病毒传染风险最科学、最有效的办法。为了更好地保护您和家人，建议您和家人在没有接种禁忌的情况下，按照知情、自愿、自费、风险自担原则，积极接种新冠疫苗，尤其是接种加强针，共同建立群体免疫。

Second, get vaccinated.Vaccination is a scientific and effective way to achieve herd immunity and reduce infection. In accordance with the principles of "informed consent, voluntariness, self-paying, and own risk-bearing", vaccination is recommended for you and your family unless special circumstances prevent you from doing so, especially the booster shot.

三、坚持做好日常个人防护。主动关注疫情防控权威资讯，如“绍兴发布”、“越牛新闻”等官方媒体。请坚持佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风，保持社交距离，不扎堆、少聚集、文明用餐等良好习惯。要服从社区管理，如非必要，近期不要前往疫情风险区域。

Third, stay safe by taking daily precautions.Follow the latest updates from official sources, such as Shaoxing Release and Yueniu News. Please keep good personal hygiene, for example, wear masks, wash hands often, keep rooms well ventilated, keep social distance, avoid crowds and gathering and dine out less. Follow the instructions from the community and avoid visiting any medium-or-high-risk areas recently unless necessary.

四、加强个人健康监测。密切注意个人及家人身体状况，如有发热、咳嗽、味觉或嗅觉丧失等不适症状，请您第一时间前往我市定点发热门诊就诊，就诊时请尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，全程佩戴好口罩、如实向接诊医生告知个人旅居史等相关情况。如有需要，可前往各地“愿检尽检”核酸检测点采样检测。

Fourth, keep monitoring personal health conditions.If you or your family members have fever, cough, ageusia or anosmia, please seek for medical treatments from our designated fever clinics immediately. Please wear masks well, avoid taking public transportation and make an honest disclosure about the personal history of traveling. If necessary, please visit the local voluntary check station for nucleic acid test.

再次感谢您的理解和配合，我们相信在大家的共同努力下，绍兴一定能在最短的时间内战胜疫情，恢复正常的生产生活。
