2022年11月11日，国家卫健委发布《关于进一步优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施 科学精准做好防控工作的通知》，关于入境人员政策重大调整如下：

According to the Notification on Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures Against COVID-19 for More Scientific and Targeted Practice released by China National Health Commission on Nov.11,2022, we see three major adjustments as below:

1、入境人员隔离由原来的“7天集中隔离+3天居家健康监测”调整为“5天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”。入境人员在第一入境点完成隔离后，目的地不得重复隔离。

All passengers arriving from overseas will undergo 5 days of centralized quarantine plus 3 days of home , or hotel-based isolation, compared with the current protocol of 7 days of centralized isolation plus 3 days of self-isolation. It also stipulates that inbound travelers should not be placed into isolation again after finishing required quarantine periods at their first points of entry.

2、取消入境航班熔断机制。

The circuit-breaker mechanism, which bans flight routes if inbound international flights carry COVID-19 cases, will be canceled.

3、来华登机前48小时内2次核酸检测阴性证明调整为48小时内1次核酸检测阴性证明。

Inbound travelers will only need to provide 1, rather than 2, negative nucleic acid testing results taken 48 hours before boarding.
